Support name modification & participant management via background software. Basic functions including adding, editing and deleting attendees are available. Batch import of participants by template can overwrite previous data. You can edit the name‑display page for selected participants or tagged groups, and synchronize updates to terminals. Font, size, color and custom nameplate background can be uploaded. Font size auto‑adapts to names of different lengths.

Meeting check‑in function. The device will automatically jump to the check‑in page for one‑tap check‑in by participants, and statistics data will be recorded on the backend.
